I bought my original AM/FM radio from Ralph Poor <[email protected]>. He owns a radio shop in Ohio. He may be able to find a faceplate for you, and he can certainly restore that radio.
x2 on Poorfam! This summer, I sent my '64 AM/FM radio find to him (nice job too!). Before I did tho, I had inquired about pricing, and he had an o.e. bezel available for $125, just fyi if you're researching the 'Mike Hagen style' repop radio sites for a bezel.
I wound up acquiring a complete original radio w/bezel, so I didn't need it!
