My car has no booster behind the master cylinder. It is supposed too right? Dont know if my picture shows very well.

just means you have manual brakes. not a big deal. i run manual brakes on mine. barely even noticed a difference from the power brakes that were on it. overrated imo.

Thanks for the answers. Still have 4 drum brakes and seems to not stop like I would want it too. But I still have to go over the whole system so maybe its air in the lines or shoes need adjusting. If I do pick up a booster can I use the master cyl. I currently have or will the rod have to be different?
