Im a long time lurker but i finally found a question i cant seem to find the answer to i need to repair some rust in my lower rear quarters and am trying to figure out whether i need to find fastback specific panels or not they appear to be the same as the convertable and 2dr hartops but im curious if anyone cane verify if they are the same i would appreciate any feedback thanks

The patch panels that I've seen are for the lower portion, so the roof type doesn't shouldn't matter. The patch panel won't go much higher than the top of the wheel arch.
