I have a 1969 Mustang FB with a 351W toploader 4 speed. I know the right bell housing is a C5TA-6394-A. But I have a C5AA-6394-B. If I use a 164 tooth flywheel with a 10 1/2 inch clutch will this work on my 351W? I am not sure if the casting is the same for fork or starter location. Anything else that I would need to be concerned with?

You should be OK. I have both bell housings. I bought a C5AA-6394-B for my car and it didn't come with a block plate or fork. I bought a C5TA-6394-A to get the block plate and fork. The block plate and fork fit both bell's. From what I read both are for 164 tooth flywheel. If you want a C5TA-6394-A I have one.

Check your flywheel for the correct clutch. The 351s generally used a 164T with an 11" clutch, but the bolt pattern will confirm what you need.

Thanks for the info. How much for the bell housing shipped to 05822?
Not sure of the shipping. I will get the weight of the bell housing Sunday or Monday and figure out shipping. It has some weight to it so shipping might be high.

But I'll sell it for $35 + Shipping

I estimated shiping weight at 50lbs on UPS site and it came to roughly $45

This is just the bell housing no plate or fork
