My wife has decided to sell her Mach1 after 5 years of restoration and 2 years of showing it with 2 first place trophies and 1 top 3. It's was a true #'s matching car when we started but was restomoded for safety/reliability and better gas mileage. Here is the ad posted on other Ford sites.
Details
Engine:
351C ( H Code ) with a edelbrock 4 bbl. conversion Manifold, nickel powder coated with a 625cfm road demon carb.
MSD 6a box with OEM distributor rebuilt with a MSD magnetic trigger.
Shaker scoop assembly
FPA coated inside & out headers with dual flowmasters & H pipe with correct oval chrome tips.
Edelbrock high flow aluminum water pump.
Griffin aluminum radiator with dual electric fans w'chrome overflow tank.
Autolite maintenance free battery.
Trans:
Automatic Overdrive proffesionaly built by PATC, B&M trans cooler,driveshaft from midwest driveshaft.
Rearend:
Rebuilt with 28 spline axles and a proffesionaly built tru posi center section with 3.50:1 gears by strange engineering.
Brakes & Shocks: Front are OEM disc / rear are SSBC rear disc conversion. KYB shocks on all four corners.
Suspension:
Completely new with Moog bushings, upgraded 1 1/8" rear sway bar and upgraded 1" front sway bar, complete new OEM power steering setup.
Body:
new quarters,doors,trunklid,trunk floor,outer wheelhouses,engine compartment aprons,hood,front & rear valances and framconnectors, underside is painted in black anti rock chip paint, exterior is rare ( Y Code ) Chestnut Mettalic BC/CC. Front & Rear spoilers.
Wiring:
Complet new Painless chassis wiring kit with a Painless H4 headlight kit.
Interior:
Black.... New everything carpet / headliner / upholestry, door panels, winshield, tinted side & back glass, fold down rear seat with access panel to trunk. Working OEM A/C, new dash by just dashes, JME white face autometer gauges w/Tach and trip meter also white face clock to match, Pioneer AM/FM/CD with 200 watt amp 2 mid range speakers and 10" subwoofer, B-Quiet sound deadner through out interior.
