I have a 1971 Ford Torino with stock drum brakes front and rear. I want purchase 225/60/r15- B F Goodrich tires up front. The wheels will be American Racing Torq-thrust 11,4.50 bolt pattern- 15x7"-3.76 backspace--6.00mm offset with a 3.27" centerbore. On the rear 255/60/r15-BF Goodrich tires. The wheels will be American Racing Torq-thrust 11,4.50 bolt pattern, 15x8"-4.50 backspace-0.00mm offset with 3.27" centerbore. (I put some old Cragers on I had from a chevy 235/60/r15 with 1 1/4" wheel spacers for the front and 275/60/r15 in the rear for now, but they do not look right! 275s are too close on the wheel wells for me and the fronts look funny with the wheel spacers) Has any one run the 225/60/r15 and the 255/60/r15 combo with the American Racing Torq-thrust 11 wheels on their 1970-1971 Torino? I believe this combo should work, but want to make sure Any feedback would be appreciated.
