My first post here as well as my first project car build. I bought a cheap SROD manual transmission two days ago without a shifter. I found out over the last two days that a replacement is super difficult to locate. Has anyone replaced one, there's a nylon piece connected to the shift rail and I assume the shifter mounts to that but the how is my question. What hardware is used and lastly are the 4,6 and 8 cylinder shifters interchangeable?
