Hello, I have a 76 ford maverick with a 302 v8, im making a bunch of upgrades and im wondering about my pushrod length, my set up is
Xtreme comp cam 284 intake at 541 lift and 296 exhaust at 544
210cc Speedmaster aluminum heads with adjustable rocker arms, longer valves and dual spring set up
My stock pushrod lenght is 6.907 or something like that, i was wondering, if with this set up, my pushrod lenght is going to increase or decrese, the engine is a hydraulic flat taper fully rebuild, new pistons, new rods, new cylinder walls, machined crank, I need to know cause I'm going to purchase a pushrod length checker but I want to know what range of size I choose

Pushrod checker is the best way. Use a valve clearance "checker spring and check for piston/valve clearance at the same time. If you measure it with one type rocker arm, changing to a different one will change it. Start with + or - appx .100" from stock on the checker pushrod.
