Nope, same motor mounts will work. Same trans will work too so long as the 302 didnt have the small 157 flexplate (stock '69 302 should have had a 164 tooth, same as a 351w/c)

Should be a pretty easy straight forward switch, I know it was when I pulled my stock 302/2v motor out and put a 351C in its place on my '70 fastback.

it will even work with the small flexplate. i had a 157 tooth stuck to a 351W and 302. it definatly gets tricky when using the 157 on a 351C though. i had to grind a section of the oil pan rail lip to fit the starter in. that was funny doing it in the car. the headers should fit too. unless they are some funky 302 only.....the exaughst will need to be touched up though, unless you are going all new then you are good to go.
