300. Headers are a bit on the large side.

your better off with a weiand stealth or performer rpm intake and that header is way too big for me.

What exactly does "flowed at 452 hp" mean? I'm familiar with the cfm flow of cylinder heads......

Anyway, that's a fairly stout cam for those heads. Depending upon the work that has been done anyway.

I don't think I'd want to see a reverse dual pattern cam like that unless I had some realy good flowing heads and I wanted to maximize torque. Even at that, it's a pretty good sized split.

You've got some mismatched stuff there.....what is the application and your goal?

Performance Trends EA shows :
442HP @7000
380TQ @5500
Of course didn't know head flow so this is just an estimate using information you gave

very interesting comments i must say. The heads have been flowed and given a rating of 452hp.I presume they can handle up to 452? i had a lot of work done on them and regret not getting a good set of aftermarket ones in the first place. i believe i made the right choice on the intake,i have no major ill efects down low eg: 2000 rpm in top gear tromp ya foot and she fries tyres. it quite easily revs to 7000 and is very happy to do so. 300 hp? i hope you were talking rwhp not fwhp. 300rwhp should be pretty close judging how she feels. The dyno will tell one day in the not too distant future.
