A friend of mine bought a 347 longblock that was in a 5speed 95 mustang. its going in his 65 mustang with a c4. the problem is the guy who sold it got rid of the flywheel and doesnt know if its 28oz or 50oz. how can u tell?the damper says SFI SPEC 18.1
A263090 witch im guessing is the part#. ohyea it has the markings PB..dont know if its a company or what.
Any help would be really helpful or can we just take the harmonic balancer to a shop and have them figure it out?

I agree with Tony.

PB could be Powerbond.

Any idea who made the crank? If it's a SCAT the part # will be on the counter weights.

If SCAT, as a last resort you could pull the pan and get the crank part #.
