I'd like to get some opinions on cam specs for my 347 buildup. Here are the details; 347 cu in Coast High Perf stroker in an early block, 10.6 to 1 compression, Victor Jr intake, AFR 205's, 750 Demon, Performance Automatic C4 tranny, 3800-4200 stall, 4.11 gears, 28" tires, 3000lbs w/driver, shifting @ 6500-6800 RPM. I'll be using a solid flat tappet camshaft & the car will be used for street/strip use(more strip than street). No nitrous. Also, has anyone used the Coast High Performance stroker with the shorter 5.315 connecting rod length? They claim that it is a much better setup since the wrist-pin doesn't intersect the bottom oil ring.

cam motion, mine idles good and my little 347 has trapped 130mph on 92octane. One day I might even switch to one of those fancy roller cams
