The supplier of my stroker kit says it should be 10.5:1 with 58cc heads, mine are 60cc ,with these heads I est around 10.1 or 10.2:1. The cam is 284/.520 107Lca,should 93 octane unleaded prem. w/o octane booster be OK,car is3100#fox stick w/650 carb. For ease of operation should i stick with this or have machinist deck block or opt for thinner head gaskets to get more compression out of this motor.my goal is maximum usable compression while still using only pump gas

you are correct sir! pro comp 190 2.02/1.60,parts are all new in boxes and I don't know how to figure quench, how adjustable is it and how important is it,the heads are bare right now but i have valves rockers & pistons.should i choose gaskets next then figure out quench or figure quench and choose gaskets based on quench. Please go ahead and laugh as I am sure I sound retarted but I can assure you it is only MILD! HELP! MR.WIZARD!
