Some progress today. One step forward two back kind of deal. Ran into fitment issues with the 4r70w swap I am working towards. 351w didn't fit as well as I'd hoped but I knew it would be a squeeze. Anyone using headers on their 351 swap? I know most people go with an FE but it's what I had laying around.

Is that an 84 truck or van HO engine? The manifolds look like a good fit without the headache. The 4r70W requires electronic controller, doesn't it?
