I am looking for a 390 Manual Transmission Bell Housing. I know there is a differnce between the truck and car bell housing, but I don't know the specific part numbers. I believe the truck bell housing (which I can't use) has a "T" in the part number. If anyone has one available, or can help me to determine the right and wrong part number, please let me know.

If you are going to put a manual transmission into a car, you need a car belhousing. The truck used a different style of gearbox, which was unlike that of the auto.

I have found some of the autos had aluminum bell housings, but never found but a cast iron one for a truck.
