I beg to differ on this. I use a set of D3's and I beleve it was comp cams that had a stud and guideplate kit that just bolts on to the D3 head.. Its been working fine for 3yrs now.. I did have to use Mr. Gasket poly-locks as the others had to big a head on the nut and the nut would hit the roller tip rockers leaving a valve open and bending the stud.
