Instructions say use the stock ball and fork from the original bellhousing.

Now the question... the stock ball has a thick washer between it and the housing. Do you use the washer with the scattersheild?

I can't answer that question as I bought my scattershield used and the the ball was already on it, but, the stock fork may be too short and it will cause a bind with the clutch cable. You might want to check this before you install everything, I had to purchase a Lakewood fork to get the cable aligned

BTW, nice trans!!! did you buy directly from G-force? How much did that cost with their housing?

- I did not purchase directly from G-Force
- I upgraded the G-Force case later for $250
- $tranny : expensive (I am trying to forget but $2000 I think)
- Shop around, I was not happy with service from the guy I purchased the tranny from. The guy that supplied the case was great.
