I have not dug into this completely, but watching my timing using a laptop and EASE diagnostics, my idle timing seams to be bouncing all over the place.
Anybody care to suggest where to begin looking at this?
This is in a 71 Mustang Convertible, running a tuner to correct my 70mm Thunderbird MAF, which is slightly different CAL than the 94 Mustang.
I just replaced on 02 sensor which I could see was poor, the 2nd is not as good as the newly replaced one so I am going to change it as well.

Might check the SPOUT plug. I remember reading another post here that a guy was having a problem with his and he replaced it. Evidently it wasn't making good contact or was shot or something. I'm not sure if it has resistance or what. When I have a timing light on mine, its rock steady... never had a computer on mine so can't say. Good luck with.
