514 to the dyno, maybe?

I have been told that I can bring my engine to the dyno at my brother's college, and am thinking of doing it. I've been apprehensive about it before, but I want to know the numbers. What kinda prep should I do before doing this? The engine has been built for 5.5 years, cranked by hand every once in a while, sealed and oil in it. I did put a little tranny fluid in each cylinder, and spun the engine for a good while. Still, I want a proper break in, as this engine aint cheap, and should pump out 650 hp est. Any tips, stories, whatever would help.
