What is the proper temperature gauge reading for a 1963 galaxie 390 4 barrel stock engine? I have a 180 degree thermostat and the gauge shows just over halfway to 2/3. I thought it was supposed to be a bit under 1/2. Outside temperature is about 40 degrees.
