ok fellas, when ordering leaf springs, i realize the 64/65 facons came with small tires (does anyone know the diameter?) it lists "stock height", "plus 1" and "lowered 1" does anyone have a reference measurement of what stock height is? like a ground to fender lip measurement centerline of the wheel for example? or tell me what spring /tire size you're running and what that measurement is? thank you in advance

ground to fender lip measurement centerline of the rear wheel on ours is 22" with 215/70-14 radial tires on original 14x6 steel 4 lugs.
ours has 50 year old original leafs in rear and we have upgraded to new coil over shocks in the rear.
Our shocks may add about 1/2 in to original ride height when its empty.

this driveway is level.

We still have the original unused full size factory spare tire for our 65 if you are interested about original sizes..
It was a Goodyear Power Cushion 6.45-14
6.45 inches wide at the side walls
tread contact patch 4" wide (ha! It looks like a motorcycle front tire)
24 inches tall
14x6 steel rim

Keep posting on this thread, We were thinking about swapping the rear leafs too and want to know what you find out.
