Was looking for info for headers for a 351C in a 65 Comet with power steering. I know there are headers for the Cleveland into a Comet/Falcon/Mustang, but will they clear the power cylinder? I tried a set back in the 80s with a 289 and they wouldn't clear the cylinder, even with the drop bracket. Thanks.

Try hooker super comps. I dont have a cleveland, but the ones off my friends '65 w/ 289 went on my '64 w/ 302. I had to "adjust" the wirewall a little but they worked, and I have p.s.
Good luck

I would suggest calling Tubular Automotive and simply asking them if their headers will work with power steering in a '65 Comet.

Tubular Automotive

Headers: For 351C, Tubular Automotive PN ES7 (specify two-barrel or four-barrel heads)

Think Crites restoration has them. If I remember correctly, someone used to have a set on thier 64 falcon and it had a Cleveand in it. search the internet for thier site or give them a call.

I'm pretty sure the Crites units are for the 351W.
