Sorry I don't recall part number. I wanna say it came from a Accura. The mounting bracket came with it if that helps.

My 65 Falcon trunk lid torsion rods are weak. They are already in the forward most notch.

Gas spring came from a '90 Acura. Be sure to mount any gas spring shiny side down.

Take the torsion bars out and swap them side to side. Should solve your problem.
