Im looking for tips on what i will need in brackets, linkage kits, adapters, plates etc. I am now running a 347 stroker from my origianl 289, so I had the huge linage bracket and springs and kickdown and what not. My questions are what do i need to keep and what can i buy to slim down this rod and arm set up. I found a prior article on making a new throttle rod, and i have a few part numbers from Edelbrock for kickdown cable holders, throttle lever adapters and throttle lever linkage kits. Im just really confused now!

Thanks,

Keith

not sure if I have one. I onbly have close ups and they would do any good. I can go with lokar, but then I will have to change the pedal too, Im already beyounf budget. I think I can fabricate a throtle lever based on what someone has posted here before in an article. As for the kickdown, thats where its gets tricky, do I need it or not? What should I use? I also nee to keep the vacuem line that goes to the trans, but I can likely use a hose and run it to an earls spicket on the intake, right?
