does your front sway look like this?^ mine doesnt and i have been having problems with it breaking frame mounts, and lower control arms...and makes really scarry loud noises on potholes

Mine is similar, but not quite like that. I could probably get a pic of an original sway for a small block, I took it out when I dropped in the 460. I'll put em up tomorrow if its helpful.

sure would be helpful, any pics installed or off from all of you guys...i am trying to compare something, so i can use ALL the pics i can get of the front bar, rear too if any of you have em. thanks

I installed the exact same antisway bar on my 1966 Fairlane hardtop w/289 about six months ago. It bolted right in to the factory mounting holes. Make sure that you double or triple check the number and order of bushings and washers as you install them. I suggest referring to a factory manual as I did. If you omit or mix up the sequence, this can cause the bar to bind and possible break a mounting point. I installed mine bass-ackwards and had to reinstall. It now works great with zero problems and with the other mods to the suspension has transformed the handling of my vehicle. Good luck, Dave.
