i'm running 275/60/15 drag radial with rolled wheel openings no problem. i think with absolute perfect measuring you can fit 295 or 305 in there with rolled fenders. 275's leaves about an inch to play with. if you can get some rims with perfect backspacing and mess with Spacers you can fit a 15x9 or even a 15x9.5 wheel in there. if you don't want to deal with all that you can do what i did and run a 15x8 and 275 tires and be done with it. i'm not sure on my backspacing but i WANT to say its 4.5

I've got 255/70/15 on the back, no scrubbing. Arches were rolled mind you.

On our 69 the wells are a good solid 13"+ almost 14" wide with the lips rolled. We are chopping are rear end by 1.25 per side to use some old school 10" wide wheels along with some 29" tall by 12.5 tires. These actually have a section width of 12"-13" depending on what ones we select. The actual tread width is in the 10"-10.5" range. These will be a bit of a squeeze but will look mean as heck if they tuck and they should. I hope to get this done in the next week or two.

Thanks for the input guys, been away for a while. Hope to not have to roll the lip, my trim runs along it. Now to get some work done on my 67 Gal, so I can move on to the 66 Stang.

Here is the 12" wide by 30 tall. They require rolled fenders though.

Looks good, thanks for the pics Scott. I don't think I could get them under the 67. Guess I'll stick with the 275 60 15.
