I need help with the the heater hose routing and the name and function of this piece(picture) it is under the fender and I can not find it in the parts pages. Which hose goes where. One is smaller than the other. It was all by-passed but we put a new heater core in. Thanks for the help

Vacuum operated water valve that goes inline on the supply side heater hose to the core mounted under the fender. Diagram on the vac supply line routing has been posted here a few times, should be able to find it with some searching.

Part # C8AZ-18495-C, just got a replacement for mine @ C&G Ford parts, Greensales also has them but wants $130 for it. Haven't installed mine yet but will be doing so in the next few weeks. Ordering that part from C7G will just get the valve, not the bracket. If your's is too far gone you may have to fab something up.

Greg thanks for help. Does the heater hose from the intake go to valve or is it the one from the water pump?

Hose from the intake goes to the valve.
