I’m just excited about this one and was wondering if anyone had done it before? I found a way to drop a 427 big block with headers, tko600 and all the suspension/brakes still connected, out of the bottom of the car. Without cutting the shock towers.

Talk about easy access to work on things! (Sorry it’s sideways)

FEs 427 fit with factory motor mounts. Ford put the 390 in 67s and it's the same engine diam. Your bigger issue is going to be that trans. That'll require some trans tunnel work. When you do, make sure you leave at least 2" around the trans for working on it and it bouncing around. Personally unless you're already have the trans, 4 spd with OD unit behide it. That actually gives you 8 gears and fits easier.
