I've noticed that you definitely have to remove the power steering to change the fuel pump. Do I have to apply assembly lube to the fuel pump arm when installing it? Is there anything I should know about ahead of time ?
I'd put a dab on the arm, just so it's not dry at start up. I always put a LITTLE sealer on both the timing cover and pump face. Lots of oil splashing around at that location.
if you pull your old pump, I could really use the fuel pump lever from the old pump before you throw it out....
