Hey guy's! I'm looking at a set of 18x8.5 KMC Venom rims for my 68 fastback. Is anyone running these? will they even fit? I know the offset is right a 0mm.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

What back spacing would you use?

What size tires are you thinking about?

What ever might fit i guess. I was going to worry about that once I found out if they fit. The BS of the rims is 4.5".

Of course you can fit a 18" on there. You will need to offset the size of the rim on the tire. You should let your tire shop assist you in finding the right backspacing for your car.

Yeah that's the one. I've read on another forum that the 68 requiers about a 4.5" BS to fit properly?

I have 15x6.5 inch rims on the front of my 68 ltd . 15x7 rims do fit . There is a problem I have and would like you and any one who has a 68 ltd or galaxie to know.I have 1 inch front sway bar the tires I have in front is 235/60r 15's .During hard turning or mybe tight parking the tires rub on the sway bar or on the frame just a bit .It nothing dangerous,but you will have to check the side walls more often.
