This is a true 69.5 with 69 style metal door tag and build date of 14 Aug, 1969.
170 engine that runs and 3 spd manual. (manual only has 2nd gear).
This is about rust free as it gets. Only rusted out aree is small one right behind driver's seat.
Front/rear floor areas perfect. Even found the originial factory build sheet under the rubber mats.
Trunk, all fenders, hood and trunk lid, rust free. All glass and trim is excellent. Even the bumpers are perfect with no dents in them at all.
Manual steering and drum brakes.
59K originial only miles, not 159K.
If you're looking for an 69.5 to restore this is about as good as it gets. Or no for the SBF to make her a runner. This car has only had a floor shifter installed and no other mods or cutting on it.
Pictures available or more if needed.
Car located in Reno, Nv. area and delivery or arranging to keep it here in fenced protected area, till pickup is arranged, is possible.
Starting at $1,100

Cool grab Davis!
I must dispute the 59K original miles though...
My reasoning is thus: Why the re-paint, and Why is there only 2nd gear if there's only 59K on the car. there is NO 170 CI engine in the world that can ruin a tranny in 59K miles that I've ever come across...
I DO like a 69 Maverick though :)
The sun out here is hard on paint jobs. They eat them up. Rubber rot is bad too. But no mold like up there. And Canary yellow, I repainted my 66 Stang that was that color too. Hated that color.
It's not the engine that usually screws up the trans, it's a light duty trans with someone that doesn't know how to shift a 3 on the tree. I'd love watching my cousin grind gears in his 63 Galaxie with his 3 on the tree.
