Hey Folks.....

Sold the Cobra outright and now have found a LOCAL 1970 Mustang convertible with a 347 Stroker.......headers......AOD trans.....and looks like no rust except the driver's side floor pan....that was patched??

New tires.....excellent paint and new top!!

What to look for under the classic look outside??

BTW, it drives great....very loud and fairly strong!!

Guy is asking $19K and I will get photos later this week!!

Tnx in advance for any comments!!

Hellooooo....anybody home??

New screen name.......Marauderjack...yo!!

Is the 1970 Mustang full frame or unibody??
Unibody, I would check the inner rockers since it is a vert. Big job if they are bad.

You would need to pull the sill plates and pull carpet back to check them

also torque boxes. cowl area since front floor was replaced. there is no place that these cars won't rust. some more easy to cover up than others. Way too much money.

Be patient, before long a nice 63 1/5 or 64 Gal. will come your way.
