Seasons Greetings!

I am in the process of building a 1938 Ford and I have a question to ask.

In a poorly aerodynamic vehicle, would you build a motor for more torque or more horsepower?

This will be a hiway cruiser.

Thanks

Highway cruising+brick = TORQUE!
If you plan on the car staying below 5252rpm- build for the big , early torque curve.
