been looking at aftermarket gauge setups for my 1964 ford fairlane looked at classic industries and autometer and speedhut any one have any input speedhut seems to have the most options but never talked to someone that has used them classic and autometer dont set the quad gauge the way i would like it and they put those big emblems in the middle thanks for any help in my search

yea mine are going to go in the stock gauge positions in the dash one speedo one tach and a quad gauge with oil , temp, fuel level,charging voltage but the quad from autometer is the way the gauge is set up

I used the Speedhut in my 62 and really like them. They were easy to set up, only took two times to get the speedo set just right. Would have been easier if I had got the GPS unit. I built my own mounting adapter out of wood to mount in the original besel, then found Boese Engineering makes insert adapters for the Fairlanes.

yes i already have the boese gauge holder for my 64 i see the speed hut quad gauge is displayed the way i think looks the best have a little time yet but trying to get some options thanks

called speed hut yesterday cannot order a speedometer that works off transmission vss yet in there new gauges led said it may be a few months you can get one with satellite gps but im not in for that any tunnel or heavy tree cover will effect the operation in my eyes plus the antenna mounting
