Has anyone swaped to one for a Fe motor, namely in a newer body style,65-68. I have a 66 and mine is thrashed and no one local has one or knows where to get one so I figure instead of getting it recored, I'd pick up an aluminum one. I figure its gotta be custom but Griffin seems to have a good deal.

Also, im building a 390 and want to know everyones take on the performer setup from edelbrock. I've looking at there package deal, cam, lifters, intake, and i think it might be what I want. My stall speed is around 2k and I can't get too wild or it will bog so I think this is what I am looking for.

As far as the rad, check Dearborn Classics maybe. Also Crites may have one too. If money isn't a big deal try Be Cool. And as far as the Edelbrock goes, can't argue matched stuff, it'd be like getting a crate engine. Proven hp's, I think 418 hp from a 390, that is probably with a matching bottom end no doubt.
