Hey guys on anouther board that I belong to it is a pretty local croud with most of the members being here in this state. Well they desided a few months ago that it would be fun to get everyone together at this new 1/8mile track for a little grudge racing. Well they desided to add a junkyard class where each team could come up with a junkyard car and race for pinks. Rules are the car is supose to be a junkyard beater and you are not supose to have more the 1000 bucks total in it. Sounds pretty fun I already have a ealy 80's stang found and a line on a good running 460/C-6 combo throw a little nitrouse on it and it should be a runner. What do you guys think.

Sounds like a lot of fun. The problem is that people will always cheat. How do you know that they only have 1000 dollars into it? You may loose the 1000 dollars that you have invested in your beater to some guy that had triple that in his "beater".

Ya I know we thought about that. I have a built 408 thats just sitting around that we had thought about sticking in there but we thought we would stick with the rules and see what we could come up with. They are going to have a buy back of 100 bucks or something so I'm not to worried about loosing it.
