Hi all. I've got an early 4100 1.08 carb I'm going to replace my holley with. It's got a little play on the primary(butterfly) throttle shaft. Is this going to suck air?

I remember years ago on my 200 six that my single barrel had this problem, but someone told me that it's only prone to the single and not so much to the 2100 and 4100 models. Is this true?

Is there anywere I can get a bushing kit and drill and ream it myself? Thanks in advance for any advice/info.

What's the carb guy's name/shop? Maybe I can order up an oversized shaft/drill/ream setup from him.

Thanks, Chris

Just has some bushings installed at a carb shop the next town over for $40. Rebuilt the carb and so far it runs great when in park. Have to hook the aod tv linkage up for the test ride tommorrow.
