I'm thinking of using the AR-33 plugs in my 331 stroker street engine. Are there any issues for a 100% street engine? Should I use another plug?

I've ran them on the street too without any issues. Here are the differences right off of their site:
Actual racing spark plug used by many professional race car drivers today. Provides cut back ground electrode, anti-corrosive nickel plating and large ground electrode for better heat transfer.

I figure that the plugs are about the cheapest component of the engine. After putting over $5K into a performance engine, $30 for racing plugs is no big deal so I want the best I can get. If there is no difference then I can save my pennies but if there is no difference then why do they sell them as different products?

I think they are worth running. The cutback ground strap helps ignite the air/fuel mixture do to the less shrouding. The plugs are also made to better handle the demands of a higher performance engine as in added heat and spark. They are a quality plug and will hold up well on the street.

About $2 a piece.

The AR-33's are a colder plug. OK on the street, never had a problem on short runs to the track and home. But based on the cost you'd be better served to run a warmer plug for day-to-day and swap in the ARs on track day - if you drive the car a lot.
