If your going to use a Powertrax lock right that replaces your spiders, does it matter which center carrier you use? I'm having to stay with my 28 spline axles for now (budget) but if I used a center carrier thats 31 spline does it matter because of the spiders being removed and replaced?

I'm not sure if it matters about the center carrier. but it may matter on the spline count of the axles. I think there's one for 28 and a different one for 31.
You might dubble check
