Does anyone know off hand what size barrel clips are needed for the lettering on a 63 Galaxie?

Either 3/32", 1/8" or 3/16" Your car may even have different sizes front to rear...

I'm not sure about your Galaxie but my 65 Comet has two sizes. I took the trim to my local body shop paint supplier and they matched them up cost about $6 for a bag of each size

All the letter barrel clips for the letters on a 63 Galaxie are 1/8". The ones for the engine Birds on the front fenders and the chevrons on the rear fenders are bigger and are the same size.
