What do y'all use for header gaskets? I've tried many different types and haven't been happy with any of them yet.

Try some silicone instead of gaskets, it works great. All you need is about a 1/8" bead, let it skin, and bolt them on. It doesn't even have to be the copper stuff, just plain ole silicone.

Earl's Gaskets with replaceable inserts will not leak and you can tighten them so the bolts don't back out!!

Check Summit or Jeg's.

I called summit about Earl's gaskets and they didn't find ones for the 4V-C.

If anyone can point me to them (if they exist) that would be great.

Copper might be the way to go, also - any sources?

Always had leaks on my stroker motors headers, tried thec copper gasket stuff which did work, for a season. Best permant solution I found were gaskets by Remflex, thick squishy stuff that sealed off leaks for last 3 seasons.Worth a lookfor sure
