I saw this on Ebay, and at first I thought it was cool just that it was made some 30+ years ago as an alternative fuel concept...but then to see the drive train it's running! A Boss 351 with a 4 speed and 9 inch rear! Maybe it's just me, but I thought it was kind of cool!
I particularly found it funny when you look at the last pic of the front end...the bumper cover has been removed, and it's got what looks like a tire tread across it, like someone split a tire open and tacked it on the front!

It found it funny to read that: "General Motors donated a 1972 Gremlin and Ford Motor Company a "Boss" 351 cubic inch engine." Probably left overs from a "competitor product evaluation program" or something.
A blast from the past. Nice project for some one. It's a shame it has just been sitting all these years. Check out the bumpers with the tire treads on them. And it has got to be fast, look at all those stickers
Hey friends,
This is Mario Goldstein and I've spent years as an auto mechanic, making a decent living.
About five years ago, I realized that the real money was in spray painting and auto body work. I took a cut in pay at first, just to learn the skill. Since then, I've never looked back.
Today...
With a bunch of work needing done, I decided to break down and buy a real life $99 parts washer from Tractor Supply. It's the generic Chinese unit sold by Harbor Freight, and tons of other outlets. While there, I went ahead and bought a couple 5 gallon cans of their PSC 1000 solvent. Great...
Hello everyone...
I figured this was as good a place as any to make my first post. I own a 1967 Fastback that I inhereted from my father that he purchased in 1994. It isn't an all original car by any means but it's all there but the time has come to do something with it or there won't be...
ALLRIGHT lets see what's out there... anything you have ever owned, or drove for a while... like your folks car or lovers.... hmm

Does anyone remember the slicks that were sold in the 70's or 80's that had the humorous text on the side walls?
Torque Twisten, Tire Smoken, Axle Bustin etc.
If I could get a picture, that would make a great avatar.
