Ive heard that a stock C-4 will handle a maximum H.P. of 350 -although some guys go more- But what about the max tourque of a stock built C-4 ?

Might want to call or email someone like Broader. I'd guess the weak spots to be the clutches and the input shaft splines. I've been feeding 400 HP into one for 6 years and all it's got is Alto clutch disks and a B&M kit.

I was just curious, I would never treat a stock trans that way, I would spend big money on a TCI. im kiding-

I would think with a completely stock C4 the weekest thing woiuld be the clutches. A simple shift kit and a little pressure boost will go a long way towards making it last longer.
