are you guys cutting the parts a little larger so the bearing can float is what i'm reading right? i cut mine just enuff for the bearing to fit comfortable.

I like to do mine a snug fit though somewhere like the front planet that locates in the centre i cut the groove a little larger.

The OD and ID is just enough to get the bearings in and out. There is from .001" to .003" play there. The depth I cut just deep enough so the bearing has the same effect as the washer with .001" to .003" of oil film would if it was in place. You don't need to provide oil clearance for the bearings. When I assemble a rollerized tranny I like to have .003" total end play. That is tighter than some like to see it but the rollers only work when they are loaded and when they are loaded the play is all put up on the #2 select fit washer. It doesn't need more than .003".
