I agree...A well maintained , well built or nicely modified C4 can handle just about anything a small block can throw at it.

I've always liked the C6 myself...but then again , I've never owned a car that was optioned for the C4.

I've done a lot of reading on the C4...and the market is wide open in regards to modifications.

I'm toying with the idea of using a C4 in my 1968 Torino GT (351W added) with console shift. The weight savings of the C4 over the C6 would have some benefits.

Do your thing worry free...as long as the C4 is in sound mechanical order to begin with.
