I have two types of transmissions, a PJD and a PJA, one has an L servo with an E lever, the other has a P servo with an A lever, what lever should I use with the L servo, and what is the difference between the levers

The arms go like this..
A=1.65 ratio
B=1.73
D=1.97
E=1.85
H=2.18
F=2.30
The ratio means the arm multiplies the apply force by 1.85 in the case of the 'E'.The higher the ratio,the greater the band apply force but the slower the actuating speed.
