Comp 282S! I've got a very similar combo to you, Xcelerator intake, ported Windsor Jr. heads (your AFRs probably make a little more power), 1.5" long tube headers, flat top pistons with four valve reliefs(about 9.3:1), 750dp carb, and the 282S carb. It pulls real strong past 7000rpm, which I've got H-beam rods so I'm not too afraid to spin it that high... with stock rods you are probably pushing your luck going above 6500 too often, but even if that's the case the 282S would still be a great cam for you.

You may want to consider a custom cam. I ended up going that route with a comp solid to take advantge of my NOS and set up.
