I'm curious if anyone uses a type of locking plate to make sure the cam shaft retainer bolts don't come loose? If so where can I purchase such a thing? or is just lock tite all that is necessary.

I just use loctite. Grind the head of the bolts down (to make them thinner) and loctite 'em in. Never had one come loose.
