Im installing an Edelbrock Performer Carb on my 68 torino 302. I need to know if the distributor vacuum port is timed (no vacuum at idle) or full (vacuum present at idle). I need to know this because it determines where I put my vacuum hose. Thanks in advance.

If I recall correctly, on my '79 f150...I put a 600 cfm performer on it, and I used the full vacuum, because prior it was attached to a port directly on the Ford intake. I swapped intakes, so I had to go to the carb's port.
Runs great.
