Yeah it's a sad, sad day in the automotive world. I never got a chance to meet the man and I always meant to send in my glove box door to have him sign it, just never did get around to it. His work with Chrysler in the 80s is what fueled my turbo Dodge obsession, and I still own a couple cars he inspired. Someday I'd still like to add an 86 GLHS and a 89 CSX-VNT to the herd.
Did anyone happen to catch the tribute to Carroll on the VELOCITY
channel last night? there were 3, 1 hour episodes. I recroded them
and will watch them tonight. Why they aired so late I have no clue.
I watched par tof the first one but went to bed as they started to
talk about Shelby putting the stones to Ferrari.
